Checkout worked in the end, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. The page took longer than I expected to load, and then I had to type in my shipping info again, which was annoying. My order did go through eventually, but the process left a bit of a bad impression

I’ve ordered a few times, and it’s not always exactly the same. Some orders have been really good, but others felt a little different in quality, like the texture or freshness was just slightly off. Not terrible, just a bit inconsistent

I reached out to ask what was going on with my order, but the replies were super slow and didn’t help at all. They said they’d get back to me, but there was no follow-up whatsoever. it felt like I was just being ignored. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered from southernalternative.com and, the shipping took so long it put me in a sour mood. I wasn’t expecting it overnight or anything, but it went way past what I thought was reasonable.

The tracking barely changed, so I was just sitting there checking for updates and getting more annoyed with no clear answer. By the time the package finally arrived, I was already over it and didn’t even feel excited about it anymore. If this is their usual shipping speed, I don’t see myself ordering again.

The items looked nice enough, and I don’t really have any complaints about the selection. But the prices felt kind of high to me. I’m sure I’ve seen similar stuff for less elsewhere, so I probably won’t be ordering again.

I checked out southernalternative.com hoping to find a solid strain selection, but it felt limited. A bunch of the ones I was interested in either weren’t listed or looked like they were out of stock!!

For a site focused on this kind of stuff, I really expected more variety. It’s tough to pick something that actually matches what you like when there aren’t many options, so I ended up not placing an order.

I might be in the minority here, but I’m sure PayPal would’ve made checkout a lot easier for me. Since it wasn’t an option, I ended up passing.

It did help a little, but not as much as I was expecting. The frustrating part is that it’s not really clear who’s supposed to own the issue or follow up, so I was kind of left guessing. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t say it fully solved the problem either

I expected the reports to be easy to find, with clear batch numbers and recent dates, but it all felt kind of vague to me. Maybe the details are on the site somewhere, but I didn’t feel like I should have to hunt around for basic proof.
For products like this, I really want transparency right up front. Once my payment went through, the lack of clear testing info made me question whether I should’ve ordered at all

The box showed up crushed and it was barely taped shut. Everything inside was kind of shifting around and just looked messy, like that part wasn’t really handled with much care. For something being shipped, it felt like they didn’t put much thought into it.

I ordered a couple of shirts from Southern Alternative, it was annoying when they arrived. One shirt was the wrong size, and another wasn’t even the color I chose. What made it more frustrating for me was that the packing slip actually showed the correct items I ordered, so I have no idea how it still got messed up. Checkout was also confusing, and I kept feeling like I was missing a step or getting sent in circles. I wanted it to be simple, but it ended up being frustrating

I bought this shirt the fabric felt cheap right away. After just one wash, it lost its shape and some of the stitching started coming loose. Maybe I just got a bad one, idk, but for the price I was expecting way better. Def wouldn’t buy again

I just didn’t feel safe ordering from this site. I’ve run into this kind of thing before, and I’m tired of taking chances when something already feels off...
